Who am I?
I was born and raised in Almeria (Spain) and, since my childhood, I have been dancing
different styles. In 2012 I discovered my passion for salsa, and I did my first show just
6 months after taking my first steps in the world of Latin dance.
In September of 2014 I went to Dublin, where I lived for a year and worked as a salsa teacher for different schools. One of them brought many professional and international artists to train its teachers and students (for example: Marco Ferrigno, Karel Flores, Amneris Martínez ...) so I was lucky to be able to receive classes from all of them.
In 2015, I started dancing in the company of Bersy Cortez, one of the most prestigious and important dancers in the world of salsa, called “Bersy Style”. Since then, I have been on stages in different parts of the world with her and with her different companies.
I have also participated in some international championships, such as "La Negra Salsa" where I was a finalist in 2016, 2017 and 2019, or "Paris International Salsa Shines Contest"
where I obtained first place in the female duo category with my partner.

'' The passion for dancing has always come with me ''
In 2017 I created my own school in Almería called “Palo pa Rumba, where you can take classes of different Latin rhythms at all levels and for all ages.
Since the beginning of my career I have collaborated with many artists in different shows and workshops around the world.
Apart from the regular trips throughout the year, I have been on tour for long periods of time in Mexico, the United States, China or Korea.
Currently, apart from continuing my career as a solo teacher and dancer, I am working with Mouaze Konaté, a Paris-based teacher and dancer well known in this world for his style and personality. Together, we have traveled to countries like France, Denmark, Holland or the Antilles
On the other hand, I keep working with the master of masters Eddie Torres, from New York, also known as "the King of Mambo", one of the creators of the structure of what we call salsa, as well as one of the most famous dancers of history in this style. Eddie has been dancing and teaching salsa for more than four decades and he has trained hundreds of dancers, including some of the most important and recognized dancers and instructors of today.
